There is something special about the changing seasons, and I love all four of them. They each bring their own unique energy. Autumn reminds us that nature retreats to gather new energy – and perhaps we can learn something from that rhythm.

 

Find joy in autumn and enjoy the season

Even though the days are getting shorter and darkness is slowly taking over, autumn offers opportunities for joy and energy.

 

A walk with wind, fresh air and leaves crunching under your boots increases your energy and mood, and then comes home to hot cocoa and candles. The coziness is extra intense when darkness sets in.

 

Autumn is also a time when the body may need a little extra care.
