“The experts are right – but how do we make health work in a busy everyday life?”

“The experts are right – but how do we make health work in a busy everyday life?”

Professors, researchers, and nutrition experts agree: If we are healthy and fit and follow their recommendations, we do not need supplements, which my real-life experience also shows.

The range of supplements is enormous, promising better memory, increased focus and a sharper brain. But can we really boost our brains with pills and powders?

The good news is that research actually points to nutrients that can make a difference – especially if the body is in a deficit. The less good news: Most “miracle cures” have no documented effect in healthy adults.

The research shows, among other things:

✨Vitamin B complex (including folic acid and B12)

B vitamins are essential for the body's energy metabolism, nervous system function and red blood cell formation.

✨Omega3 fatty acids

Omega-3 fatty acids have several health benefits, including supporting the brain, eyes, joints, and immune system.

✨Vitamin D
Vitamin D supplements are important for preventing osteoporosis and can increase muscle strength, as vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption.

✨Selenium

Selenium plays an important role in the immune system, normal metabolism, hair and nails and can help counteract oxidative stress that affects both the brain and body.

“Brain boosters” in general

The Global Council on Brain Health (AARP, 2019) concluded that the vast majority of supplements are ineffective in healthy adults – which emphasizes that the focus should be on the nutrients the body actually needs.

The conclusion from the research:

Dietary supplements can have an effect if the body lacks specific nutrients - but if the stores are full, additional supplements rarely provide any benefit.

Therefore, the best investments in body and brain health are still:

✔ Enough sleep

✔ Exercise every day

✔ Healthy, varied diet

✔ Social relations

Welcome to reality:

We know that the body and brain need the right nutrients to function optimally. However, in the midst of a busy everyday life, few people have the time to put together a perfect diet, exercise properly, relax, get enough sleep, and be social.

We lack time, the energy account lacks deposits, and we need simple, honest, and easy solutions in our busy everyday lives.

In addition, the market for dietary supplements is quite confusing and often more misleading than informative. Therefore, it is easiest to opt out.

This is where STAI comes in.

STAI was developed with that reality in mind: A holistic supplement that brings together the nutrients that research indicates are important for body and brain. STAI is the only product on the market with such a comprehensive composition.

👉 Proteins and collagen
👉 Omega-3
👉 Vitamin B complex including folic acid and B12
👉 Vitamin D and selenium
👉 Turmeric to reduce inflammation

STAI is not a miracle cure but common sense. A solid foundation that supports both physical and mental balance, including “fuel” for the brain. An all-in-one as a daily health routine.

Quote from a STAI member: "I prefer to invest in my health savings rather than medicine savings."
