I have now used STAI NO.1 for a long time, and it has become a natural part of my daily routine. For me, it's first and foremost about ease of use.

The daily servings mean I don't have to think about different containers and dosages, I just take a bag with me and everything is in place. The shaker takes up almost no space in my bag. It works both in a busy everyday life and when I'm on trips.

I've tested it in a variety of conditions, including stage races where the body is really pushed day after day, and also on winter tours where recovery often feels harder. I find that I recover faster and that it's easier to keep my energy stable for longer.

Another thing that I think makes a difference is the composition itself. STAI NO.1 is not just an ordinary multivitamin. It also contains things like omega-3, collagen, turmeric and proteins, in addition to the classic vitamins and minerals. It provides a more complete supplement, and I have a clear feeling that it hits several needs at once. I don't need to supplement with so much else on the side.

The taste is also worth mentioning. It’s neutral, which means I can mix it into water, skyr, or smoothies without any problems. It’s nice that it’s not something you have to force yourself to drink – it just slips into your daily routine.

So all in all, it has become a practical and well-functioning solution for me, which I can count on both in everyday life and in more demanding conditions. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I am covering my body in a manageable way.
