These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to the purchase of goods at STAI.dk for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Ordering and payment

You can order items 24-7.

In order to shop at STAI.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 18, you may still purchase items if you have obtained the consent of your legal representative and/or if you otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

When ordering, you choose to either become a member or start a trial. When you place your order, the choice will automatically appear as a membership, and you must actively select if you want a trial.

Choose the items you want to buy and add them to the "shopping basket". You can change the contents of the shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "confirm order" button.

When you are ready to place your order, click "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment method and select the delivery method.

To place an order you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery. By accepting these Terms, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions in their entirety and agree that you have read the information about personal data and cookies, and at the same time consent to STAI's personal data policy.

Payments for freight, payment card fees etc. will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provided cannot be confirmed, STAI reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

Your membership is not binding after 3 deliveries. You are obliged to receive the first 3 deliveries, and you are only obliged to receive the goods you have ordered via your membership before the termination. If you wish to terminate your membership, you must do so via the account you have created with STAI, and the cancellation will take effect from the time of cancellation. Membership can only be terminated or paused after 3 deliveries.

When paying for membership, the money is deducted when the order is completed. By creating a membership, you accept that the amount is automatically deducted from the card information provided. STAI reserves the right to make price changes, about which STAI will send a notification by e-mail 20 days before the change is implemented.

Receipt of order, order confirmation

Once you have ordered an item from STAI, you will receive a receipt by e-mail for our receipt of your order.

Prices on the website are current prices including VAT and other charges, including shipping and excluding payment card charges. Prices on the page are regularly updated. STAI owns the item until you have paid the full amount for the item and STAI has received the amount. Orders are placed via the website.

Cancellation of orders

STAÏ may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned/cancelled.


You can return your product up to 8 days after the order date if you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This must be done by e-mail to info@stai.dk

Goods must be returned unopened and using the same distributor who delivered the shipment to you.

When returning, make sure that the goods are properly wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods until STAI receives them. Therefore, save the receipt from the distributor and any track number.

When returning the item, you must pay the cost of returning the item yourself.

Note! We do not accept packages sent on delivery, etc.

When we receive the item, we will check it and refund you the amount paid for the item if the item is in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. The amount will be deducted from you for an amount of DKK 100.

The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase.


You may lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated, for example because:

  • the original packaging has been opened and you have actually started using the product,
  • the item has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
  • you have not complied with the limitations of the right of cancellation concerning sealing, product type, etc.

Uncollected trial and membership items

If you do not collect the goods at the delivered address and they are automatically returned to STAI, you must inform us in writing at info@stai.dk and that you want a refund. You will be charged a fee of DKK 250. This will be withheld when refunding the amount you have paid for the item. If you wish to resend an uncollected package, you will be charged a fee of DKK 200.

You must inform us in writing whether you require a refund or a new shipment - this must be done at info@stai.dk


In the event of your breach of obligations in accordance with the sales and delivery terms and conditions described here, STAI may interrupt or restrict your use of STAI.dk, just as we may not be able to complete your orders.

The following conditions are considered to be a significant breach/incident

  • You provide incorrect information about your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number
  • You exercise harassment against STAI.dk, our employees or our customer

Right to complain

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@stai.dk . If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions for this are met, submit a complaint to The Danish Consumer Complaints Board. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaint submitted here

Changes to the website

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, business policies and terms at any time. Your use of the website and your orders is subject to the policies and conditions that apply when you use the website or when you order goods from us, unless the law requires a change to these policies and conditions (in which case these changes will also apply to your previous orders).

Events beyond our control

STAI cannot be held liable for delays or non-compliance with our obligations if the delay or non-compliance is due to an incident over which we have no control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

If you fail to comply with the terms of sale and delivery and we do not do anything for that reason, we still have the right to exercise our rights in other cases where you fail to comply.

Applicable law and venue

Your use of the website, any purchases you make on the website and these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and will be deemed to have been made in Denmark. You and we agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Dankort transactions are governed by Danish law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
