Personal data protection

In order to shop at STAI.dk, you must provide at least:

 

Name
Address
Email
Telephone / mobile number

This information is used so that we can deliver goods to you.

 

The above data is stored with information about which items you have purchased. The information is stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Accounting Act. The information is subsequently deleted.

 

Relevant information is passed on to selected suppliers who are entitled to use your personal information in order to handle and deliver the goods you have ordered, and also to be able to keep you informed about the status of your order.

 

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation applicable at any time.

 

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the regulations on this in the Act on the Processing of Personal Data. Inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to STAI via e-mail info@stai.dk

 

Protection of personal data

According to the law, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal information securely in a cloud solution. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security of data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk of others unjustifiably forcing access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You thus submit your personal information at your own risk.

 

The rapid digital development means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data.

 

You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. The complaint is submitted to the Danish Data Protection Authority.

 

How to change information we have about you

You are always welcome to contact us if you believe that we have information about you that is not up to date or is irrelevant so that we can correct or delete it. However, you should be aware that, according to the legislation, we are obliged to store certain information for up to several years, even if you are no longer a customer with us.

 

Log statistics

STAI.dk uses log statistics, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, on which part of the website they leave, etc.

 

At STAI.dk, log statistics are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality. In addition, the information in the log statistics is linked to you who visit the website when you provide your name, address and other information in connection with registering as a customer or signing up for the newsletter.

 

Log statistics are also used for marketing.

 

Newsletter

On the website you can become part of the STAÏ team and thus sign up for the newsletter from STAI.dk. You receive our newsletters via your provided e-mail. The newsletter contains tips, advice, guidance and information about STAÏ and STAÏ's products. You will only receive the newsletter if you have signed up - e.g. in connection with the purchase of STAÏ's products, where you are invited to register when ordering.
