No, but very few of us reach the goal with a diet that meets the recommendations of the Danish Food and Drug Administration. With STAI, you help the body on its way and ensure that you get a wide range of good vitamins, minerals, protein, omega-3 etc.
Yes, because the omega-3 oil ensures, among other things, efficient absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.
STAI is much more than a vitamin pill. You get both vitamins, minerals, fibre, proteins, omega-3, collagen and turmeric in one product. And your body does not have to break down tablets and capsules.

Yes. All our doses are within the maximum limits set by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
RI is an average level. Many factors – such as lifestyle, age and health status – influence the need. STAI's products are developed to ensure an optimal level for those who have chosen a dietary supplement.
Reference Intake (RI) is a guideline value set for how much an average adult needs of a given vitamin or mineral to maintain normal health. The RI is not an upper limit but rather a minimum level that ensures that most people avoid deficiency diseases. However, there is great individual variation in requirements, depending on age, lifestyle, medical conditions and genetics.
When STAI's dietary supplements contain 300% of the RI for, for example, vitamin D, this does not mean that this is an overdose. On the contrary, it is based on research that shows that many people – especially in the Nordic countries – do not get enough vitamin D from diet and sun exposure alone. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has itself set an upper limit for vitamin D of 95 µg daily, which is far above our level of 15 µg. Similarly, the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) has assessed that up to 100 µg daily is safe for adults.
No, our dosage is well below the maximum levels.
If you eat the recommended amounts of greens every day, every week, all year round, as well as the other healthy recommendations, such as fish, oil, etc., then you should be covered. Our experience is that many people do not achieve all the healthy routines every day, and they get that extra boost with a daily STAI. Well-being, well-being, a good conscience and safety for the body are pampered with what it needs.
