These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on STAI.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Ordering and payment
You can order goods 24-7.
To shop at STAI.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian and/or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.
When ordering, you either choose to become a member or make a trial purchase. When ordering, the choice is automatically set as membership creation, and you must actively choose if you want a trial purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can change the contents of the shopping basket until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "confirm order" button.
When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose the delivery method.
In order to place an order, you must accept the Sales and Delivery Terms. By accepting these conditions, you undertake to comply with the conditions in their entirety and approve that you have read the information on personal data and cookies, and at the same time give your consent to STAI's personal data policy.
Payments for freight, payment card fees, etc. will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, STAI reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.
Your membership is non-binding after 3 deliveries. You are obliged to receive the first 3 deliveries, and you are only obliged to receive the goods you have ordered via your membership before termination. If you wish to cancel the membership, this is done via the account you have created with STAI, and the cancellation is effective from the time of cancellation.
The membership can only be terminated or paused after 3 deliveries.
After the 3rd delivery, the membership is very flexible. You decide for yourself whether you want to continue, change the delivery date or pause for a period. You can e.g. pause the membership for up to 6 months, after which your membership is automatically reactivated. The membership can be canceled after the 3rd delivery with 1 day's notice.
When paying for the membership, the money is withdrawn when the order is completed. When creating a membership, you accept that the amount will be automatically deducted from the provided card details. STAI reserves the right to price changes, of which STAI sends a notification by email 20 days before the change is implemented.
Receipt for receipt of order, order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from STAI, you will receive a receipt per e-mail for our receipt of your order.
The prices on the website are daily prices incl. VAT and other taxes, incl. shipping and excl. payment card fees. The prices on the page are updated continuously. STAI has ownership of the item until you have paid the full amount for the item and STAI has received the amount. Orders are placed via the website.
Cancellation of orders
STAÏ can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be notified should such a situation arise, and any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned/cancelled.
Cancellation of trial purchase and membership
You can cancel your trial purchase up to 14 days after the delivery date, if you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You can cancel your membership no later than 14 days after the first delivery date, if you have notified us that you wish to cancel your membership.
The cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail to info@stai.dk
The goods must be returned unopened and using the same distributor that delivered the shipment to you.
When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until STAI receives them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the distributor as well as any track number.
When returning, you must pay the costs for returning the item yourself. The cost for this will be approx. DKK 70
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
When we receive the item, we check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid for the item, provided the item is in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. An amount of DKK 100 is deducted from the amount.
The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. Do you have e.g. paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

Unclaimed goods for trial purchases and membership
If you do not pick up the goods at the delivered address, and they are therefore automatically returned to STAI, you must notify info@stai.dk in writing and that you want the money back. You will be charged a fee of DKK 70. This will be withheld upon repayment of the amount you have paid for the item. If you wish to resend an undelivered package, you will be charged a fee of DKK 70.
You must notify us in writing whether you want a refund or resending - this must be done at info@stai.dk. Inquiries must be made no later than 3 months after the package should have been collected.
Violation
In the event that you breach your obligations according to the sales and delivery conditions described here, STAI may interrupt or limit your use of STAI.dk, and orders will not be able to be completed.
Among other things, the following conditions are considered to be a significant breach/incident
You provide incorrect information about name, address, e-mail address, telephone number
You harass STAI.dk, our employees or our customers.
Appeals
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@stai.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions for this are met, lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Changes on the website
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, business policies and terms at any time. Your use of the Website and your orders are subject to the policies and conditions that apply when you use the Website or when you order goods from us, unless the law requires a change to these policies and conditions (in which case those changes will also apply for your previous orders).
Events beyond our control
STAI cannot be held responsible for delays or non-compliance with our obligations if the delay or non-compliance is due to an event beyond our control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
If you do not comply with the terms of sale and delivery and we do not take any action for that reason, we still have the right to exercise our rights in other cases where you breach the terms.
Choice of law and venue
Your use of the website, any purchase you make on the website and these conditions are subject to Danish law and are deemed to have been made in Denmark. You agree, just as we agree, to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Danish law applies to Dankort transactions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
