Vacation with PYT in your luggage – let go of control and enjoy more ☀️

Summer vacation is a gift but often ends up being a chore. We want to do it all, see everyone, experience a lot, enjoy lots of delicious summer food, sleep late and preferably come home full of energy and beautiful photos.

Try taking PYT with your vacation suitcase 😎

That little word holds an enormous sense of relief. It reminds us that we don't have to control everything. That the imperfect is often the most genuine. That we can enjoy more and do less.

🧠 A psychologist and a glass of water…

A psychologist once told a story that has made an impression on many:

He raised a glass of water and asked:

“How heavy is it?”

People answered: 200… 400… maybe 500 grams?

The psychologist smiled and said:

“It’s not about the weight – it’s about how long I can keep it up.”

One minute? No problem.

1 hour? My arm hurts.

A whole day? My arm is going to be paralyzed.

The point?

Our stress and worries are like that glass: The longer we carry them, the heavier they feel.

☀️Say PYT – and put down your glass a little more often. Drop the perfect – get the real.

The holiday is not about doing – but about being. Being present, being present, being yourself and giving yourself space not to have to do anything in particular.

Turn off your phone. Look out at the horizon. Go for a walk without a goal. This is where the calm is, and the energy returns. One good, present moment settles into the body.

Make PYT a habit:

The next time something goes wrong, stop and ask yourself:

“Is this worth spending energy on?”

If not: Breathe. Smile. Say PYT.

Take PYT with you in your luggage – maybe… you'll take it home with you.

Enjoy the summer and enjoy the real, imperfect 🌞
