Personal data 

In order to shop on, as a minimum, you must provide your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Phone/mobile number

This information is used in order for us to deliver goods to you.

The above data will be stored with information about which items you have purchased. The data is stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Subsequently, the data is deleted.

Relevant information is passed on to selected suppliers who are entitled to use your personal information in order to handle and deliver the goods you have ordered, and also to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this is in connection with a restructuring or full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

According to law, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data securely in a cloud solution. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data over the Internet. This means that there may be a risk of others forcing unauthorised access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You therefore provide your personal data at your own risk.

The rapid digital development means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for the processing of personal data.

You have the option to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints must be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

How to change data we hold about you

You are always welcome to contact us if you believe we have data about you that is not up to date or irrelevant so that we can correct or delete it. Please note, however, that we are required by law to retain certain data for up to several years, even if you are no longer a customer of ours.

 Log statistics uses log statistics, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, which part of the website they left, etc.

At, log statistics are used with the purpose of optimising the website and its functionality. Furthermore, the data in the log statistics is linked to those of you who visit the website when you provide your name, address and other information when you register as a customer or subscribe to the newsletter.
