The set you receive lasts for a month if you take the shake 5-7 times a week.
The most important thing is not whether you take a shake every day, but that you find the weekly routine. Some choose to skip Saturday / Sunday and then take a shake or two extra during the week.

You don’t get STAI in a nice, big box, but in a clear shipping bag. We have chosen to think about the climate and the environment, and you have less packaging for waste.
We will send you an email with instructions for how to mix the powder with water or some liquids when you receive the set, which will arrive within 2-3 days.
