RELAXATION, SLEEP AND RECOVERY - HOW IMPORTANT IS IT?

RELAXATION
Time to just do nothing or hang out with family and friends is just as important as eating healthy, exercising and having fun for a new working week.
Throughout the day and week, the body is at work, and for some, several night hours are taken into use. It's no go if you want to remain the best version of yourself.
The body, brain and psyche need to stay "free" and relax.
Treat yourself to relaxation.

AN OLD PROVERB SAYS: SLEEP OLD
You know how to wake up one morning after a good night sleep. You are fresh, rested and have plenty of surplus for a new wonderful day. The body has had "free" and is ready to provide max. Prioritize your night's sleep.
Bonus info. A good night's sleep reduces the risk of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and stress according to. several researchers in the field.

YOUR COMPLETELY OWN DAILY 10 MIN.
Find 10 min. every day to breathe properly. Sit in a place where you can sit comfortably and undisturbed. Hands on thighs, palms facing up, close eyes and lower shoulders. Concentrate on your breathing. Breathe all the way down into your stomach through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. You do this 10 times. Then you let the breathing find its own rhythm and try not to think but just let go and relax. Let calm flow through your body. Your body will love you for these 10 min. If you only have time for 6 min., Remember it is better than the alternative - nothing -.
Remember to mute your phone and set the clock.
Bonus - just 10 min. daily reduces stress symptoms in the body.

RECOVERY AFTER TRAINING
The extent of the need for recovery after training is individual, but everyone needs to recover. Muscles, tendons and bones have been under pressure and they need time to recover. Rest days are a must if you want to get your body ready to perform optimally on the day.
Take care of your body - you need it.
