Almost by chance, I became acquainted with STAI, and now I can not do without it at all. I take a shake every day after work (instead of eating sweets), as well as after exercise. Completed in May 2018 a half ironman and despite a general increased amount of training, I feel that my body has become more flexible and recovery has rarely been so good. Actually did not believe in STAI at all in the beginning, but I tested it over a period of 4 months and continuously had 3 small breaks along the way.
